disappear before the principles of the garden I propose this simple and tasty dish, perfect as a starter and to be presented in a buffet.

Ingredients: 8 tomatoes, bread crumbs, 120 gr grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese, a sprig of parsley, a clove of garlic, onion, capers, a pinch of oregano, 2 or 3 anchovy fillets, 5 or 6 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.

Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seeds, but try to keep the pulp in the middle, let them drain upside down for half an 'hour.
Toast the bread crumbs with a tablespoon of oil. Wash and chop the parsley with the garlic.
Take the onion, cut into thin slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the parsley, garlic, and anchovies. When the anchovies are undone remove the pan from heat and add the capers, I've left them whole, oregano, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs and pleasure.
Fill the tomatoes and arrange in a bowl greased with oil.
Pour over the tomatoes still a little oil and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 or 40 minutes.
