Inverno...stagione del cavolo!
...e proprio il cavolo, i broccoli, il cavolfiore, sono le verdure di questa stagione, ottimi ortaggi per minestre, creme e vellutate.
Vi propongo questa vellutata con un tocco di "giallo" sbirciata sulla rivista "Cucinare bene" della quale sono una fedele abbonata.

Ingredienti per 4 persone:500 gr di cavolfiore, 750 ml di latte, 1 bustina di zafferano, 2 cucchiai di olio olive oil, grated 1 walnut of nutmeg, a few blades of grass onion, salt and pepper to taste
